Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) describes the service availability, support commitments, and operational standards provided by MyAlphaVPS.
Service Availability
MyAlphaVPS targets 99.9% service availability per calendar month. Availability is calculated based on total service uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside reasonable operational control.
Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance may be performed periodically to maintain performance, stability, and security. When possible, advance notice will be provided.
Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to protect infrastructure, security, or network stability.
Infrastructure Performance
- Enterprise-grade virtualization infrastructure
- NVMe storage performance architecture
- Redundant networking design
- Continuous infrastructure monitoring
Support Availability
Customer support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through available support channels including email, chat, or ticket system.
Incident Response
Critical infrastructure incidents are prioritized and investigated as soon as possible after detection or customer reporting.
Service Credits
In rare cases of verified major outages exceeding SLA targets, MyAlphaVPS may provide service credits at its sole discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintaining system and application configuration
- Securing access credentials
- Maintaining backups unless backup services are included
- Maintaining software updates when unmanaged services are used
SLA Exclusions
This SLA does not apply to service interruptions caused by:
- Customer configuration errors
- Third-party software failures
- Customer network or ISP issues
- Force majeure events
- Abuse or violation of Acceptable Use Policy
Force Majeure
MyAlphaVPS is not responsible for failures caused by natural disasters, large-scale internet outages, government actions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.
Monitoring
MyAlphaVPS continuously monitors infrastructure health and network performance to maintain service quality and reliability.
Policy Updates
MyAlphaVPS reserves the right to update this SLA at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
